Hi, this is Diana. Bright Knowledge Instance. Give you one thing that you can do to move your creativity ahead. And I am really meditating on the fact that it's so quiet here in the place that I'm staying. I'm staying in Nicosia, Cyprus, where I spent all of my high school years. And I'm staying in this beautiful little cottage. It's very quiet. It's a pedestrian street, pretty much, and the electricity just went off, well on top of it.
So I don't have any WI fi. I have nothing. It's so quiet. And it's really helping me sit with my own feelings and my own thoughts on an even deeper level. So what I would love you to do today is for five minutes, switch everything off. Put your phone in airplane mode. Don't have the TV on, don't even have music on. Try to keep it as quiet as possible.
Now, I know you can hear the nature sounds. Those are fine. And little children over there. It's Sunday, which is always a big family day in Cyprus. So I'd love you to take these five minutes of total silence and just sit with yourself and see what comes up for you. Don't even try to write or do anything active. Just sit with yourself and see what starts emerging. Now, it's possible some uncomfortable feelings will emerge, but just know that you're only going to work for five minutes.
So you might set a timer on your phone or something, your airplane mode phone. See what emerges for you. I think you might be surprised at the desires that come out, the inspiration that comes out, the information that comes out and the improvements that come out. There are things you may feel dissatisfied about, and that's totally okay. You're getting information about being able to improve. So today, quiet for five minutes, as I say, I have no electricity.
I'm in this quiet medieval part of town and I'm really sitting with myself. And it makes me realize how little time I really have that's truly this quiet. So try that for yourself today. Bye.
